WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

 If total is over your deposit we will submit an invoice listing damages and prices and we will contact you via email about the additional charges. All fees must be paid, we will attempt to process payment after 3 business days after the invoice has been emailed out.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Personal Checks, PayPal, Debit or Credit, Company Checks

WHAT IS OUR REFUND POLICY?

Glow Atlanta Party Rentals does not process refunds of any sort. Any changes to an order can be made including changing the date of your rentals. However, we do not process refunds. The order total will be given in a store credit for future use with Glow Atlanta Party Rentals, LLC.

WHAT IF I MISSED PICKUP WHEN THE PICKUP  TEAM ARRIVED?

Pickup will be rescheduled for another day. Rental item fees will be added and in addition customer will be charged a $30 re-pickup fee which will be deducted from the deposit.

CUSTOMER DEPOSITS

Deposits range from $150 to $300 depending on the rental items.

- Incidental holds are placed the day of delivery and released once our offices have expected the equipment and determine no damages have been made. This process usually takes 24 hours and your incidental hold will automatically fall off once we release hold.
